• Aus Pure Foods is a food manufacturing and distribution company based in Melbourne, Australia, offering Chakki Atta, Besan, and other grain-based products.

• By using our website or placing an order, you agree to comply with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Product Information

• All products listed on our website are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in packaging or ingredients may occur.

• Nutritional information and product descriptions are provided for general information and may not be exact.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST (where applicable).

• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase through our accepted payment methods (e.g., credit/debit cards, Stripe, etc.).

4. Order & Delivery

• Orders placed will be confirmed via email or SMS.

• Delivery is available across selected suburbs in Victoria. Please refer to our delivery coverage area.

• We aim to deliver within the stated timeframe but are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

• If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at admin@auspurefoods.com.au or +61 436 669 205 with proof of purchase and a photo of the issue.
