Aus Pure Foods is a specialized food manufacturing company based in Melbourne, Australia, committed to producing premium-quality stone-milled whole wheat flour (Chakki Atta), gram flour. With a strong foundation in tradition and a focus on innovation, we deliver high-quality, natural, and nutritious products that meet the demands of health-conscious and global consumers.
At Aus Pure Foods, we believe in retaining the goodness of nature. Our stone-milling process preserves more of the wheat kernel's nutrients, including bran and germ, offering superior flavor and nutritional value. This process is increasingly preferred in countries like Japan, South Korea, and China, and is widely used in premium bakery items, noodles, and traditional recipes across South Asia.
Strategically located in Bayswater, Melbourne, our facility benefits from easy access to both local and international markets, enabling efficient export operations worldwide. We currently operate with a production capacity of 450 tons of Chakki Atta per month, ensuring a steady supply of consistent, high-grade products.
Backed by a legacy in flour milling through our parent company Kissan Agro Foods Pvt Ltd in India, Aus Pure Foods is led by a passionate and experienced team. Founders Janak Raj, a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years in the industry, and Romil Garg, a qualified Project Manager with expertise in both mechanical and electrical engineering, bring unmatched technical and operational knowledge to the business.
